Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Invovate uses them, and how you can control, change, or withdraw your consent when visiting https://invovate.com. Invovate is operated by PolarCurve LLC, Wyoming, USA.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep them secure, and to remember your choices. Cookies can be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them). Related technologies such as your browser's local storage can store data on your device in a similar way; where we use them they follow the same consent rules described below.
2. How We Use Cookies & Your Consent
We keep cookies to a minimum. Aside from a small number of strictly necessary cookies that are essential for the site to work, we do not set any non-essential cookies before you consent.
Consent is collected through our cookie banner, which appears when you first visit the site. The banner uses Google Consent Mode, which means analytics, functional, and marketing storage are default-denied until you make a choice — no such cookies fire until you actively allow them.
You are in control at all times:
- You can accept or reject non-essential cookies from the banner. Rejecting is as easy as accepting — a single click, with no extra steps.
- You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer, which reopens the banner.
- Withdrawing consent stops the relevant cookies from being set going forward.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
Cookies on Invovate fall into the four categories below. We clearly indicate which are active and their default state.
Strictly Necessary (always active)
These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They do not require consent. We use them for:
- Session & authentication — keeping you signed in and maintaining your session as you move between pages.
- Security & bot-protection — including Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps protect forms and our API from automated abuse.
- Storing your cookie-consent choice — so we remember which categories you have allowed or rejected.
Analytics (OFF by default until consent)
These cookies are off by default and only set after you consent. We use Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager, to collect aggregated usage statistics — such as which pages are visited and how the site is used — so we can improve it.
Functional (OFF by default until consent)
These cookies are off by default and only set after you consent. They remember preferences such as your chosen language and theme to make the site more convenient on repeat visits.
Marketing (OFF by default until consent)
These cookies are off by default and only set after you consent. We use Google AdSense / DoubleClick for advertising; these cookies may be used to deliver and measure ads.
4. Specific Cookies & Services
The table below lists the services that may set cookies on Invovate, what they are for, and the category they belong to.
| Name / Storage | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
(Google Analytics / Tag Manager) | Google LLC | Aggregated usage statistics — which pages are visited, session activity — to help us improve the site. | ~13 months | Analytics (off by default until consent) |
(Google AdSense / DoubleClick) | Google LLC | Delivering and measuring advertising. | Up to ~13–24 months | Marketing (off by default until consent) |
(Cloudflare Turnstile) | Cloudflare, Inc. | Security, bot-protection, and keeping the site and API available and protected from abuse. | Session – ~30 min | Strictly Necessary (always active) |
(localStorage) | Invovate | Stores your cookie-consent choice so we remember which categories you have allowed or rejected and can honour it. | Persistent (until you clear it) | Strictly Necessary (always active) |
(localStorage) | Invovate | Remembers your chosen language and theme (dark/light mode) so the site is convenient on repeat visits. | Persistent (until you clear it) | Functional (off by default until consent) |
5. Managing & Withdrawing Consent
You have several ways to manage cookies:
- The in-page banner — when you first visit, choose to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- The "Cookie preferences" link in the footer — this persistent link is available on every page and reopens the banner so you can change or withdraw your consent at any time. When you withdraw consent we disable the relevant tags and delete non-essential first-party cookies where technically possible; you can also clear third-party cookies in your browser settings.
- Your browser settings — most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies. Restricting strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. For guidance:
6. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party providers. For cookies they set, these providers act as independent controllers, and their own privacy and cookie policies apply:
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, AdSense / DoubleClick) — see the Google Privacy Policy and Google's cookie information. You can adjust ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
- Cloudflare (security & Turnstile) — see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We do not control how these independent providers use the cookies they set.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
